When he visits first time, he tell stories that he is in loft conversion business from 35 years and talk nicely and give a cheapest quote on the market and make you believe it’s cheap as you have to wait 6 months. We believed and after few months his real person comes out, very rude, not answers calls finally after 8 months he say he can’t do the work unless increase of 20% costs… we are absolutely disappointed and want to take legal route. Never never never believe him.

Used this company for a loft conversion many years ago. They made the shower room too small, messed up the wooden floor which shrak leaving large unsightly gaps in in general used the cheapest nastiest of materials - eg fitted a hollow door. The manager was also extremely rude to me when I brought the problems to his attention. I am now having to move the central heating boiler at great expense because it was fitted in a stupid place. It was placed near a door way. The problem is I need to remove an old fridge-freezer to replace it, but can no longer get it through the door.
