Latest Technologies
Our growth is in part due to successful applications of the latest technologies and advancements in our processes. We offer quality products at competitive prices, delivering real benefits to your business.

Quality Service
As a customer driven organisation it is important, in developing great partnerships, to understand the particular requirements of our customers. Our experienced staff take time to understand your needs to ensure we exceed expectations.

Our Products
With nearly thirty years’ experience in the manufacture of polythene sacks, we are able to produce an innovative and diverse range of flexible polyethylene based packaging, which protect and secure a wide variety of products in a host of industry sectors, including Animal Feed, Coal, Compost, Construction and Chemical.

To produce our sacks and ensure they stand up to the toughest of demands, we operate a blown-film extrusion process. This process melts down small resin pellets under controlled conditions until they become molten. These are then pressed (extruded) through a circular die gap to form a continuous tube of polythene. While it is still in this molten state, the tube is inflated and stretched to the size and thickness of the desired finished product.

The inflated bubble of polythene is drawn vertically up a tower so that it has a chance to cool before it is flattened. Once flattened this tube can be printed if required, and the polyethylene sacks are made by heat sealing and cutting to the desired length.

Heavy Duty Sacks
Sad as it may seem, printed polythene sacks are our reason for living, and as such we have developed a specially formulated Xtrastrong blend. We have developed this blend to help reduce the weight and therefore the packaging waste liability for something that you cannot be without, and in doing so met environmental standards as well as providing our customers with a product that stands up to the toughest demands.

Arodo Tubing
When plastic film or polythene is extruded, the polymer is melted and hot air blown into it to create a bubble. By cooling and pulling the polythene off the extruder a tube of film is created, and then flattened as it is wound, becoming Layflat Tubing.
