The UK Drainage Network Limited is one of the UK's largest independent drainage companies. Specifically created to provide a complete drainage service to corporate clients managing domestic and small commercial drainage failures, we are uniquely positioned to provide the very highest levels of service, advice and reporting available in the market.
As the only major drainage company accredited by the WRc for compliance to the Drain Repair Book (2nd edition), which defines the ABI adopted industry best practice for drainage investigation and repair, you can be confident that only work that is absolutely necessary to return your drains to a serviceable condition is recommended.
Operating from 12 locations, UKDN is strategically located to be within an economic traveling distance of all large population centres across the country. Larger clients are managed from our Midlands based, national response centre, where volume claims can be most efficiently managed to required service standards. Smaller clients are managed through one of our local bases where a more personal level of service can be provided.

Whether the problem is a simple blockage, a drain collapse or a burst water pipe, UKDN are well placed to provide a fast and competitively priced response. With the very latest drain repair techniques applied across the entire UK, we are able to offer a market leading turnaround on drain failure incidents.
Our bespoke IT system has been created to enable incidents to be quickly and efficiently managed on behalf of clients, with the minimum inconvenience to all parties.
Comprehensive drainage surveys identify damage, whilst the subsequent investigation reports, produced to OS20 standards, identify whether it has been caused by accident, subsidence, wear and tear or misuse.
In all cases, the most cost effective solutions to return the drains to a serviceable condition are identified. In many cases this will be by one of a number of repair techniques. Where a repair is not possible or is uneconomic, a recommendation of replacement will be made, taking account of the need to reinstate the existing surfaces disturbed.
In addition, UKDN are able to provide a fully auditable clean water service - with a team of operatives and subcontractors that have not worked on drains for at least 3 months and from a fleet of dedicated vehicles - to ensure that there can be no cross contamination of supplies.
