We are builders of traditional and bespoke homes and general building contractor for local clients on new build and refurbishment projects.

B.T. Felton is a family run business with over 100 years' experience in our industry. We have continued to develop and completed a diverse range of projects both in the private and public sectors of the property market. Our focus throughout has remained the quality of our service and our end product. Our Services
B.T. Felton & Sons Limited is primarily a speculative house builder and developer in and around the area of Sutton Coldfield and the West Midlands. We use generations of experience to specialise in the production of quality traditional and bespoke homes.

We also utilise our time served building experience to provide contracting services for local clients and Housing Associations on new build and refurbishment projects in both the residential, commercial and public sectors. We are able to offer services based on all types of contract, including design and build projects.

B.T. Felton is always looking to purchase land for developments, with or without planning permission. We are also happy to work alongside land owners and clients to develop potential schemes and help them through the design and planning process.
