The involvement of the Midport Construction design team can begin months before a project actually commences on site, as producing technical drawings constitutes only a small part of a design engineer's brief. There may be many weeks of meetings and technical discussions with architects, structural engineers, steelwork contractors and specialist materials suppliers before the project even reaches the computer screen. Potential problems are identified, isolated and resolved long before they have a chance to become problems on site.
