The product quality is excellent, but unfortunately, the service provided was severely lacking.
The owners, Kevan and Charlene, appear to be primarily focused on maximizing revenue through additional charges. Despite having their engineer on-site for a total of seven hours over two days, including an emergency callout, they billed an additional day at a cost of £350 plus VAT for a subsequent visit that lasted only two hours.
Furthermore, the engineers left brand new carpets soiled with plaster and oak floors uncovered, resulting in additional cleaning expenses.
While the engineers themselves were professional, courteous, and helpful, I cannot recommend this company or their products due to the inadequate service and lack of accountability demonstrated by the management and owners.

Great service from start to finish with BCK. We used them for an installation of a Plumis system to satisfy BC requirements in a renovation.
They emailed when they said they would, turned up as promised and did work to a high standard - very happy.

Highly recommended
The whole process was very smooth from planning to second fix.
The people in the office were always very quick to respond when I was bombarding them with questions at the beginning and the technicians were very professional, conscientious and clean during both parts of the installation process.
The finished product is very stylish and discreet but I hope it never needs to be used
