Though all of our fabricators are coded to a high level of competency, our welding skills are also backed up by years of experience in the hygienic and pressure vessel welding fields.

ONE OF OUR PRINCIPALS AT PRESENT HOLDS THE HIGHEST WELDING CERTIFICATION THAT IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM

Branch tee pulling / manifolds: up to 10' NB SCH 10.
Example – can pull up to 20 x 3' branches along 10' NB tube, all machined square and level within tight tolerances. When tube stubs are welded there is no deflection of the header tube.
