About Wheelwash Ltd
Wheelwash is an internationally-operating supplier of high performance wheel cleaning equipment. Since 1990, Wheelwash has been preventing site vehicles tracking out dirt and debris onto public roads in the following industries worldwide: Construction / Quarrying / Mining / Ports / Waste Management / Power Generation / Utilities / Rail / Biomass / Demolition / Livestock.
Standard wheel washing equipment is automatically operated, requires no or low power and recycles the water it uses. It is available in a variety of configurations in order to accommodate any number and type of road-going vehicles and any site material. These include the Rhino Compact and Rhino Multi systems that make up the mainstay of our extensive hire fleet. They are accompanied by the original Drive-through Bath and the more recent addition of the Dry Ramp System. These systems have recently been upgraded to incorporate many new and unique design features that provide impressive energy, water and operational cost savings.
The new systems have a new name, the “Rhino Ecowash” range and comprise various options to suit the needs of any site. The most compact system, the Rhino Ecowash Express, has a wash platform of only 2m in length and is supplied with a small water recycling tank with 4,000 litres capacity for those inner city sites where space is a premium.
The largest standard system, the Rhino Ecowash Extreme has a 12m long wash platform and is supplied with water recycling tanks totalling 56,000 litres. This is intended for the busiest locations with challenging site conditions.
Here are details of our full range:
Also unique to Wheelwash is the Ecoclear lamella clarifier for water recycling. It has the largest internal surface area of any water recycling system for use in wheel washing applications. This means that the quality of recycled water is comparable to having gone through 16 conventional settlement tanks in a row. This optimises the performance of the wheel washing equipment and ensures consistently good results. It is easy to use and can be fitted with automatic discharge valves to remove the hassle of silt management.
Wheelwash also has vast experience of supplying bespoke equipment for customers who require an individually designed solution to their wheel cleaning needs.
We provide free-of-charge site consultations to determine the correct equipment for your requirements. We hire, sell and maintain all models in the range.
Once our products are installed, they are backed by an exceptional technical support service which includes a robust warranty and full range of spare parts. Our servicing contracts are designed to keep your systems running at optimum performance. With engineers based throughout the country you can be assured of a fast response should it ever be needed.
Wheelwash is a BS EN ISO 9001: 2008 accredited company certificate no. C03/035 and as such, all wheel cleaning systems are supplied with guarantee and full service cover.
