Turentek are firmly established as the premier specialist architectural ironmongers in the East Midlands. Our philosophy is simple: to provide the building and construction trade with the best in door controls, locking devices, designer door furniture and escape hardware.
Our partnerships with some of the largest and most respected manufacturers in the industry ensure that, as a company, we can advise the right product for the architect, the contractor, the maintenance manager and the private individual wanting something special to adorn the doors in their home.
Architects
Our specialist knowledge has been found an invaluable service to the architect. With over 150 years combined experience, full membership of the Guild of Architectural Ironmongers and being past winners of the GAI/RIBA specification awards, we know a thing or two when it comes to specifying hardware.
Working closely with you, the architect, we offer face-to-face technical advice, providing concise hardware schedules, measured bill pages and close liaison with M & E consultants and contractors. Our specification service is free, and because we have partnerships with some of the world's largest manufacturers of door hardware, we have the solutions to sort out your challenges. Our technical team can ensure a fully encompassing package, compliant with all the latest legislation and fire regulations.
Builders
We are as much at home with smaller contractors, partitioning installers and interior refurbishment projects’, as major PLCs. Our sympathetic approach, especially in design and build projects where best quality at a fixed budget is essential, has positioned us as the first choice for architectural and builders hardware in the East Midlands.
