About Torque Control Ltd
Torque Control Ltd is a long established engineering based distributor of Blind Fixing Systems, based in Cheltenham. The main product lines are Rivet Nut, Versa Nut® and Jack Nut® together with Blind Bolt, POP® Rivets and installation tooling for each of the products.
Our application engineers are available to assist design and production engineers with technical guidance and problem solving expertise, gained over many years.
We are proud to represent DEJOND N.V., POP AVDEL, BLIND BOLT and other world class, quality producers of innovative fastening solutions. Whilst we stock high quality products, we are also aware that many customers require budget lines for less demanding applications and these are catered for in our products range. Torque Control Ltd are the ONLY officially appointed distributor for genuine Jack Nut for the UK.
The company also stocks a wide range of associated installation tooling and spares.

Jack Nuts
Torque Control Ltd are the ONLY officially appointed distributor for genuine Jack Nut for the UK.
The Jack Nut® (Molly) threaded insert is an economical blind fastener designed for assembly-line use in thin, soft, or brittle materials. When tightened, the body collapses to form four legs which grip the inside of the mounting surface, leaving a permanent, reusable threaded insert.
Available in steel, JACK NUT threaded inserts can be coated with RAINTITE® to seal moisture and hard plastic PVC to prevent scratching and galvanic corrosion.
JACK NUT threaded inserts are RoHS, ELoV, and WEEE Compliant.
Versa Nuts
The Versa-Nut® is a 'hybrid' wide grip range threaded insert, which provides an extra large blind side bearing area when placed. It provides the strength and integrity of a Rivet Nut, but with the grip range of a Jack Nut®.
Specifically designed for use in soft materials, plastics and composites. With up to twice the grip range of standard blind inserts the Versa-Nut rivet nut enables a reduction in the number of fasteners in an assembly.
Rivet Nuts
Rivet Nuts (Nutserts®), installed from one side only, provide a deep re-usable thread, even in thin materials. During installation the Rivet Nut is designed to undergo a controlled deformation, creating a firm 360° upset on the underside of the receiving material.
Rivet Nuts are available in Stainless Steel, Steel Zinc Plated, Aluminium and Brass. Important information when sourcing, is thickness of the component material and head style, (Flat Head, Countersunk or Low Profile.) Please consult our technical department for advice on suitable installation tools.
Well Nuts
Manufactured in the USA to exacting standards, WELL-NUT ® threaded insert is a flanged neoprene bushing with a brass machine nut moulded into one end.
Tightening a conventional machine screw threaded in the brass nut causes the insert to expand, making a secure fastening on the under side.
Available in M3 to M8 threads, the anti-vibration characteristics make it ideal where damping is a requirement.
Blind Bolts
Thanks to the unique flexibility of Blind Bolt we constantly finding new areas where the product can save time and money, as well as increasing the range of sizes.
The Blind Bolt brings exceptional qualities to the market in that it has transcended the first generation of blind fixings image to become a product that is changing the way architects and builders alike approach their designs.
No longer is fixing into a girder cavity or box section a problem. The Blind Bolt has created this opportunity while in most cases reducing costs, without the need for specialised equipment.
The Blind Bolt is now being used in areas where never expected and we are sure there are many more uses for the system.
Available in Steel, (M8 to M24,) in Zinc Passivated and Dorreltech finish, or A4 Stainless Steel, (M8 to M16.)
