Absolutely disgusting customer service, waited in all day for engineer to arrive, phoned twice and emailed company, nobody arrived, no phone call.

From my experience, I have nothing but positive feedback for the employees that helped me throughout my boiler breakdown and understanding about my personal medical issues.
Firstly I would like to mention Kelly who handles the accounts for RHP and Shannen in the installation team. Without their helpfulness, patience, kindness and professional organisation, I wouldnt be able to have all the operatives arrive in one day to install my new boiler.
Their communications skills were outstanding via email and they adhere to their callbacks, when stated.
I would also like to mention the following individuals please, that are part of the Smyth and Byford family:
lan the QC Surveyor.
Jamie the boiler installation engineer.
Harry the Apprentice boiler engineer.
Beau the Electrician.
A huge thank you to all for operatives that attended my property on Monday. They were professional, well mannered,courteous, efficient, tidy, knowledgeable and helpful. Most of all what a lovely group of gentlemen. Its also refreshing to see, two early, 20 year olds, retaining a qualified trade and they are decent lads.
It was a pleasure having all of them around.
I can honestly say this company havent let me down to date. I like how they keep to their scheduled appointments. I think they are so much better than Mears.
I cant speak for other individuals bad experiences but for me I am thankful for what Smyth and Byfords have done for me, which is a great job.

I WISH I could give less than one star.
Useless company. The most unreliable engineers and customer service agents I have ever had to deal with. They have cancelled (or not even been dispatched correctly) 7 times.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Pay the extra and use a reliable engineer with good customer service.

Excellent company, provided flexible appointment times (and arrived on time). Engineer was knowledgeable. Would definitly use again.
