Was told that my appointment was between 8am-6pm. Was then later informed it was between 12-6pm. I called customer service at 5:50 asking whereabout the engine was, and was told he will be with me at 6pm it is now 6:24pm. I had just again called customer service asking where the engine is. I was told he is running late and hasn’t provided them with a time scale for when he’ll be with me. I asked for his contact number and was told I was unable to have it. The lady from customer service said he’ll contact me directly, again no timescale has been provided. I am sitting in an unrenovated property with no gas or electric and have been here since 8am. Really angry with the lack of assistance I have been given.

This company Robert heaths are the worst company I know took me 5 hours to get them to answer the phone I was then told could not be given a time or date they would repair my boiler I am a Orbit housing customer after 9 more calls to Robert heaths and waiting over 48 hours for someone to attend I telephoned a local company they arrived in 45minutes did the job in 15 minutes I am sending the bill to Orbit housing association

Robert Heath are an APPALLING company. More than one of their engineers have told me they dont know how to turn my water supply off so as to change the valves on my radiators. They frequently miss appointments and offer £15 compensation for a days lost work.
Most shockingly, theyve been "unable" to locate the source of a noise akin to a tanks engine that can be heard throughout an entire block of flats. This despite being told repeatedly its a water pump yet in 6 months theyve done nothing.
Anyone who employs these people are only interested in the fact they are cheap as they do not care about their profession, customers, safety or people in general.
I really cant think of a polite enough way to describe how utterly contempible they are.

Things never change!
Sept20 - An engineer turned up this morning unannounced and woke me up out of a deep sleep and I had to turn him away. From my previous complaints in 2019 they said my property was flagged for PM appointments only, but seems thats another lie. I am a special needs client and being disturbed out of my sleep ruins my whole day. They did not confirm this appointment and just showed up AGAIN! They dont seem to care at all. I have complained to my Housing Association (again)

Absolutely disgusting, incompetent and their customer service is shocking. I have been waiting 3 weeks at least for someone to sort my hot water out as I have a 2 year old that I cannot bath properly and I am resorting to running kettles to fill the bath up, which is not doing the job as by the time I have filled it up its cold. I have no family or friends near by so I have to travel up to 45 mins for her to have a decent bath. Robert Heath have cancelled and rescheduled my appointments at least 6 times, the last time I was assured that someone would attend and that my appointment was not to be cancelled due to the length of time it has taken to sort this issue out. I have 2 issues but not having sufficient hot water to bath my 2 year old is the most important. I had no one call me to say they were not attending I have to chase them up yet again. Maybe as they are being paid by Clarion Housing they do not care about these appointments as much as their others which in its self is disgusting. I have never had dealings with a company that is absolutely shocking in all aspects. They havent got anything right even on the one appointment they did keep they had the wrong parts ordered. I made a complaint after the first 2 or 3 appointments were cancelled, that was 4 weeks ago and no manager or anyone dealing with the complaints has had the decency to reply to it or to make contact with me. Cannot believe this company is even allowed to trade I have read and heard nothing but bad things. I should take some sort of priority being that my daughter is 2 years old.!!!!!

Appalling! (Still)
Dec19 -They are at it again! So I get an appointment in the post for an annual safety check on behalf of my housing association. I call them up to say that day is not suitable and he refuse to cancel it. He said the appointment is automated and cannot be cancelled. He said I can request an alternative date but the engineer will still turn up and mark no access!!! I said I dont want a engineer turning up potentially early in the morning and wake me up out of my sleep for no reason. I am disabled and have a lot of health issues. On their appointment letter it clearly says I can change it if its not convenient. The person I spoke to calld Nate had no compassion or empathy and wouldnt put me through to a manager when I requested. I told him I wasnt happy with his attitude and I told him I have been treated badly by Robert Health in the past and the company is a shambles. He logged a complaint to a manager to call me back. I then complained to my housing association who got on the phone to them immediately as they didnt agree with this. Spoke to a lovely lady named Petra and said Nate is new and she changed my appointment for me no problem and cancelled existing one. The phone call with Nate was making me aggitated and was completely unnecessary.
