Great firm to deal with. I bought a record extractor unit after 6mths it started with a issue the customer service dealing with it was superb. Sent a new motor arrived next day absolutely brill

Excellent people to deal with especially gavin mcveigh. Had an issue and was responded to immediately and informed of delivery every step of the way and great customer service which is rare these days.as a company they actually listen to and help their customers and dont just take your money and run.

Brilliant company to deal with, I received a phone call to tell me my parcel would be delayed by 1 or 2 days while they gathered stock from different warehouses. Brilliant service, can't think of any other company that goes out of their way like Ray Grahams do.
