Charged me £216 for doing absolutely nothing.
It was a flat I rent out, and there was no call after their visit so I had no idea theyd even been.
Their invoice only told me what I already knew, didnt actually fix anything and never bothered to follow up the visit with any kind of remedial advice or appointment.
An excerpt: "Waited for immersion to heat up but it was going to take to [sic] long from cold to wait around".
Says it all...
