Our existing cloakroom bathroom has been in place for over 10 years, so we decided to get Darren in to give it a much needed upgrade. Overall we have found Darren to be extremely professional, hard working and someone that takes pride in his finish. Throughout his involvement he has worked hard, keeping us informed on what is involved so that we can learn along the way! In addition, Darren is also very tidy, ensuring that he cleans up the areas that has used. Darren is also very pleasant to deal with and at times we have had to change our plans and Darren has accommodated this. Our project is not yet finished - unfortunately there was a problem with the tiles and we are waiting for further stock. Darren has promised to return to finish the job once the tiles are with us. We have been pleased with the effort that Darren has put in to transforming our cloakroom and can't wait until we see the finished result.
