Power Access Systems, together with our partner companies, has specialised in the design, manufacture and installation of high-quality, custom-designed access and safety systems on the most prestigious buildings for more than thirty years.
Building access systems include travelling ladders and gantries, monorail and cradle systems and sophisticated, fully power operated suspended access equipment known as building maintenance units (BMUs).
Maintenance Services
Safety systems include fixed safety harness eyebolt anchors, ‘Mansafe’ safety wire systems and ‘Hadrian’ safety rail systems. Our interest in the access and safety systems we install continues long after commissioning and handover. Power Access Systems offers a comprehensive programme of after-sales service, maintenance, testing and user instruction tailored to each client’s particular requirements, to give many years of trouble-free operation.

Suspended Cradle Systems
We offer a full range of custom-designed, power-operated cradle systems that become a long-term asset to the buildings they serve. We have supplied the slimmest of units, operating in restricted passages, to machines having a maximum reach in excess of 30 metres. Building height is no restriction, with our range of purpose-designed personnel winches being capable of lifting heights of up to 300 metres.
Many special features such as an independent hoist for glazing replacement can also be incorporated. Naturally, all systems comply with the latest British and International Standards, including:
