Our team undertakes site inspections capturing quality control, adherence to specification, H&S, and programme monitoring to ensure clients are fully aware of developments that could impact project delivery.

In addition, we can provide buildability input at the pre-construction stage when required. Risk assessments and method statements can be reviewed to ensure operations are undertaken safely and in accordance with current legislation.

Our Clerk of Works/Construction Inspectors services are undertaken by professionals from building, civil engineering, mechanical, and electrical engineering backgrounds, which together provide a multi-disciplined and flexible supervisory team.

Our team also provides drone inspections of structures, including thermographic surveys and real-time report production.

We are very aware that the delivery of projects is a team operation, and to that end, we pride ourselves on our ability to quickly integrate into any construction or management team. Our inspectors have long service history in the industry both in the UK and overseas, with in-depth knowledge and relevant professional and practical qualifications to ensure we provide the best advice on any type of construction project.

Our Clerks of Works/Construction Inspectors carry out regular inspections to a pre-determined programme and provide written reports with photographic support on an agreed frequency to suit a client’s requirements. Communication and record-keeping are electronic, with standard templates adopted for clear and fast reporting. Photographic records are uploaded with reports to provide a dated progress status on a regular basis and ongoing risk registers where required.

We are very familiar with current legislation related to building control, NHBC, LABC, Premier, and BRE’s Code of Sustainable Homes and related fire prevention controls, to name but a few of the regulations we keep up to date with.

Inspectors are obliged to keep up to date with developments in materials and methods of construction by CPD, ensuring an up-to-date knowledge of construction practices.

All nspectors hold a selection of relevant qualifications such as MCIOB, MCABE, MICWCI, IOSH, NEBOSH, CSCS, and other trade bodies, etc.
