Bent or curved glass (often toughened or laminated for safety) domes, balustrades and single or double glazed windows processed from annealed, low E or even self cleaning glass like Pilkington Activ™ creates for architects and designer's attractive buildings and furniture. ngn has the in house capability to bend and process glass up to 6m long and can apply a variety of finishes such as acid etching and sandblasting.

Interior
Curved glass can also be used to provide a clean, contemporary look to the inside of a building and used in applications such as balustrades, balconies, revolving door entrances, shower screens, lift enclosures, stair cases, office partitioning and large fish tanks! These are produced in annealed, toughened and laminated forms to the highest standards and with exceptional quality.

Exterior

Curved Double Glazing Units
Curved glazed units consist of two or more pieces of glass separated by a cavity, hermetically sealed and filled with a desiccant to dehydrate the air inside the unit. Any combination of glasses from our extensive range can be used to make glazed units. These are produced in annealed, toughened or laminated glass incorporating Low E and even self-cleaning glass, manufactured to the highest standards, and with exceptional optical quality.
