After an initial positive experience with FTP the last piece of work that they did for us has been verging on disastererous. Poor plastering and care inside, and a point blank refusal to honour their guarantee and fix a faulty front door. 1 star is too much.

It’s been fantastic to work with Paul and his team at FTP for the third time. We first used FTP back in 2014 when they replaced all our windows and doors, a couple of years later Paul designed and built a porch for us, and they have just completed a wonderful conservatory, designed and built by Paul and his team, which we absolutely love! We go back to Paul each time because of his outstanding work, wonderful friendly approach and fantastic customer service.

FTP ltd installed set of bifolding doors to my kitchen. Paul gave great advice on the size and how they should be configured, being professional and knowledgeable. The guys fitted the doors quickly and expertly leaving no mess.
The doors look fantastic and exceeded my expectations and my friends have already asked for their details. I would recommend FTP to anyone.

Im afraid I would not even award FTP one star. Despite having paid about £20,000 for a conservatory, they have not honoured their 10 year guarantee. And despite repeated requests they have not repaired the leaking roof nor the three misted panes of glass.
I definitely would not recommend them.
