Roofs
As a key part of our wider product range, roofing profiles provide high quality, cost effective solutions coupled with ease of installation. As a result of the extensive range of options available, our roofing profiles can be adapted to fit almost any roof application.

• Metal Roof Profiles
  Trapezoidal roof systems are very cost effective, lightweight and suited to a wide variety of applications, including new build and refurbishment, and there is a broad selection of colour, finish and profile shape.


• Euroseam®
  Euroseam® is a lightweight roof system, ideal for steel frame new build and for refurbishment.


• SF500 Secret Fix
  SF500 gives the specifier and contractor a proven and simple system to use for low pitch roof applications where speed of fixing and guaranteed performance is paramount.


• Vieo Roof Profile
  Convenient and cost effective are two terms that perfectly describe this roofing system. It is a quickly installed alternative to traditional roofing and is manufactured using the latest technology to facilitate a straightforward installation whilst offering the aesthetic and charm of time-honoured materials like lead or zinc.


• Metal Liner Profiles
  There are several options to provide support for the insulation - a metal liner is normally used over purlin arrangements. The alternative is to use a structural decking or structural liner sheet spanning between main rafters, eliminating the purlin.


• Structural Decks
  By spanning a decking profile from rafter to rafter, the need for purlins can be eliminated in a portal frame design. A structural deck will perform the function of transferring dynamic and dead loads of the roof covering to the frame, and will also provide the necessary lateral restraint to the main structural frame.

Walls
Wall cladding systems can provide the main aesthetic for a building, as well as achieving many technical performance criteria and accommodating fire performance, resistance to moisture, detailing around fenestration and openings, acoustics, environmental concerns and the host of other technical properties commonly required.

• Metal Wall Profiles
  A profiled wall utilises metal cladding with trapezoidal, sinusoidal or half round profiles fixed to the steel structure of a building, Cladding can be produced in 6 different profiles which can be laid horizontally or vertically and can be manufactured from prefinished steel or aluminium in a vast array of colours, providing a wide choice of aesthetic finish.


• Vieo Wall Profile
  Although originally created as a modern, cost-effective alternative to traditional standing seams such as zinc roofing, Vieo has proven popular as a wall cladding option.


• Rainscreen
  A rainscreen façade is a cladding applied either during primary construction or as an over cladding to an existing structure. Rainscreen cladding consist of an outer weather-resistant decorative skin fixed to an underlying structure by means of a supporting grid, which maintains a ventilated and drained cavity between the façade and the structure.

Elite Systems
Elite Systems are a range of integrated constructions from Euroclad which are superior, specifiable metal roofing and cladding systems. Carrying 25 year or 12 year System Guarantees in addition to up to 40 year Guarantees for the external sheet materials. Technical
With a combined experience of more than 75 years Euroclad's technical department provide thoroughly researched and accurate solutions for today’s roofing and cladding problems. Whilst not a design or detailing service, we advise on detail, can assess specifications other than our standard or Elite Systems for structural, thermal and acoustic performance and will generally endeavour to respond to all queries within 72 hours.

Our technical team liaise with bodies such as the Institute of Roofing, MCRMA and Construction Skills to ensure our information is not only up to date with relevant construction guidelines but also relevant to the needs and requirements of our customers.
