We have the only PCA qualified technicians in our area who also have NVQs in plastering and the UKATA asbestos certificates. We are approved for the ROTAFIX timber engineering resin repair system and BIOKIL CROWN for all remedial work.

We offer Company Guarantees and insurance backed by the GPI, and when there is a transfer of ownership we do not charge for this as many do.

We are qualified in designing basements to BS 8102 and we only use Newton Membranes for our waterproofing works.

We are also one of a small amount of people approved to carry out the Timber Resin Repair System (Rotafix).

Complete Preservation have many different cameras for inspecting drains and also searching for Dry Rot. We also have lots of other measuring equipment. We can carry out data logging of the internal environment when there is a condensation problem - this is mostly used when there becomes a dispute between the landlord and tenant.
