We are a well-established family-run business based in Castlewellan, County Down. We have provided timber and timber products to the wholesale and retail sectors for over a century.

We can supply you with a range of pressure-treated and untreated softwood timber that is ideal for agricultural, residential and commercial purposes.

William Kirkwood & Sons have 50 years of experience producing preservative pressure-treated timber. We have our own pressure-treatment plant, which uses Tanalith™ E8000 from Lonza Wood Protection (www.lonzawood.com), enabling us to treat timber to your requirements (i.e. use Class 3 (HC3) or Use Class 4 (HC4)).
