Both my sister and I have used Ian several times. Each time he has been polite, punctual and professional. Plastering is always a messy job, but Ian leaves everything as clean and tidy as is possible. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. I’ll defiantly be using him again.

Ian Ross did a great job for me in removing artex from my bathroom ceiling and replastering. He did a first class job, was thoroughly professional and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Phoned Ian Ross asking for a quote to plaster walls and ceiling for my spare room, leaving a message on his answerphone. Ian did not get back to me. Phoned Ian a 2nd time and managed to speak to him. Agreed a 2 hour slot for him to come around and give us a quote. My wife stayed in all morning, Ian did not turn up. No phone call, no apology. I phoned Ian again and left a polite message that I was disappointed with him, again no response. Very unprofessional.
