Lingfield Builders

Not trustworthy at all. They wrecked our home. They claim 10 year guaranty but there is no such a thing. Once they take the final payment they wont come back. We had roof leakage, electric circuit burnt, drought issue made by this team of builder. We were told our own roofer and electrician that the quality of their work is even dangerous. Its really shame.

AVOID this builder he destroyed my home.
He is incapable of following plans and will do whatever is cheapest and easiest for himself.
I trusted Mr Lea to erect the house that I had paid architects to plan. After demanding near final payments I was left in a vulnerable position and an unfinished home. My architects were astounded to see that he had not followed the plans, taking our lack of building trade knowledge to his advantage to cut corners and costs for himself.
The council building inspector has condemned many elements of his work and is unsatisfied to pass our home.
He carries a team of unqualified tradesmen who are rather "jacks of all trades, masters of non".
I visited prior work that he had carried out but have since rang these references back who have used Steve Lea again and been faced with the same issues as myself.
He left my home extremely unsafe and my family highly at risk.
