TERRIBLE - If I could give zero I would - Malcolm put an extension on my elderly mother a number of years ago and only now are things started to raise their heads with a completely whole roof and building work to be done because of his bodge work. Quoted £28k - paid cash (because he said cash only). The roof is leaking and another roofer has inspected it to discover that no lead had been put in just felt which naturally would not last!. The wiring throughout is dangerous and basically the extension is collapsing. BE WARNED with this company. Malcolm has retired so nothing we can do but the sons are now running it!
