Marbank boasts a portfolio of more than 200 successfully completed constructions with contract values ranging from £1million to £12million.

Marbank work tirelessly to meet our clients’ deadlines for commercial buildings while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism. Our commercial buildings have been shortlisted for a variety of awards while our commitment to sustainability has been recognised with many projects achieving BREEAM excellent or very good status.

Industrial Building Projects
Portal frame constructions, used for commercial buildings and industrial units, have been Marbank’s core business since its inception. In addition to building the industrial warehouse units, Marbank has been contracted to build ancillary elements including services and road networks.


Distribution Centre Building Projects
Marbank has a wealth of experience of designing and building portal frame constructions, perfect for distribution centres and depots. We utilise our extensive experience to ensure these constructions deliver the highest level of operational efficiency.

Student Accommodation
Designed to meet the needs of the modern student, our halls of residence buildings consist of studios and multi-bedded apartments and were constructed with the looming deadline of a new academic year.
