Avoid using this company. Tried to overcharge my colleague by over £300 for scaffolding for just 2 telephone calls and a brief on site visit. This was to view a chimney job undertaken by the same firm 5 years ago that had failed.Over quoted the job .. 2 days work + over quoted the scaffolding price to take a rake off ... all cash of course thereby avoiding tax/vat. Job took half a day with reputable contractors not 2 days.Will be informing Inland Revenue of this companies approach to invoicing and Trading Standards re quality and estimates for work. Avoid!!
