KTX Premium Professional Woodscrews
KTX is Concept Distribution’s premium range of professional woodscrews that has the KTX patented head recess that provides users with a stick fit between screw bit and screw, this allows all the torque and RPM from a power tool to pass directly into the screw. The head recess provides no wobbling or slippage, perfect engagement for screw pull out and ensures fast fixing.

The screws are made from hardened steel and have a range of other benefits that make the screw second to none in terms of performance and capability into any type of wood including chipboard, composite and hardwood.

The KTX range is available in:

• Gold (yellow passivated)
• Silver (BZP)
• Bronze (nano-coated for guaranteed minimum 15 years in timber externally)
• Stainless Steel

XR Gold Professional Woodscrews
XR is an internal woodscrew available in a range of sizes that is made from hardened steel and suitable for any timber. A range of features ensure the screws can be fitted quickly and smoothly all with a standard pozi, deep recess head.

The XR is a professional screw that is of unbeatable value and suited to all users of screws and all budgets.

Applicator Guns
Concept Distribution sells a range of applicator guns used in the application of PU Foam, silicone, resins, glue, mortar grout and other chemical sealants. All tools are EC tested and certified and all are made to an exceptional level of quality guaranteeing reliability and performance to users.

All caulking guns are made to a high mechanical and materials standard enabling high push ratios to aid quick dispensing of chemicals in a reliable fashion. All PU Foam guns are made to an exceptionally high level of air-tightness and reliability for users.

Some of our tools are unique in terms of design and capability and we constantly work to improve performance with our manufacturers.

Collated

• Collated Drywall Screws
Concept Distribution supplies two forms of collated drywall screws, fine thread for plasterboard to metal stud and coarse thread for plasterboard to wood. All collated drywall screws are manufactured to European standards and have Philips recess bugle heads. The collated screw strips are designed to work quickly and effectively with any collated auto-feed gun.


• Collated KTX Woodscrews
Collated woodscrews are supplied in two forms, gold for plywood and chipboard flooring and bronze for fencing and decking. The KTX head recess allows the use of pozi, square drive and KTX screw bits and the screws are designed to enter timber quickly and easily so making them suitable for use with collated auto-feeds with low torque but high RPM.

Own Branded
Concept Distribution provides a service of own branding for XR tubs and applicator guns to customers who want products with their name on the products and who buy in sufficient volumes.

Own branding is a strong marketing tool for businesses and we work with our designer and customers to create packaging and labelling that best promotes a customer’s business and the products.

With regard to XR tubs we will own brand based upon MOQ’s of 300 tubs per annum.

With regard to applicator guns we will own brand based upon orders of 1,000 or more tools at a time. We can offer to customers a wider range of options than just the Concept Distribution branded range. We work with a range of manufacturers to provide quality and pricing options to suit the needs of our customers. All products we supply meet European standards and are manufactured to a high quality standard.
