Very disappointed with service. I saw an item priced £7,95 on the manufacturers website, but the delivery charge seemed expensive, so I went to buy the same item from Navigation. They said it cost £17.95 excl VAT and that the manufacturer dictates to them what price to sell at and that I wouldnt get it cheaper AND the delivery time would be several weeks. I thought maybe Id misread the price and delivery on the website, so bought the item. However, I checked the website again when I got outside, and I was right about the price and the delivery time was 2 working days. I then went back into the shop and asked for a refund - which they did, but charged me £1 to credit my debit card. Long story short, I got the item via the website within 3 days and it cost me £14.73 including VAT and delivery, as opposed to £21.54 from the shop - a difference of £6.81! I feel that the staff gave me wrong information about the item and then charged me £1 for the privelege, plus a wasted journey. Not impressed and I wont be going to this shop again
