CR MANAGEMENT has been established since May 1997. Since our inauguration we have steadily grown and today can boast a team of very experienced and professional consultants operating throughout the UK. As our team are all from a contracting background we have predominately offered our services to main contractors, usually with a turnover in excess of £25 million and residential developers, although we also include local authorities, developers and solicitors on our client list. The average age of our team has deliberately been set at about 50 years, which means that the team have experience in every aspect of contracting from site measurement to senior management and strategising. This knowledge allows us to provide specialist services associated with the successful running of a construction project. With our contracting background we have always adopted an approach that provides sound and accurate advice, at no time have we resorted to bias towards our clients. This allows our clients to assess the hard facts of a particular problem before embarking on lengthy and sometimes unnecessary exercises. The advice that we give is based on the facts available and is geared to resolving a problem with the least fuss and using the most commercially viable methodology. EXPERIENCE - Many of our appointments emanate from existing customers whilst our client base continues to grow. Owing to a diverse client base from small local contractors to the largest national and international contracting organisations the type of commission we receive varies considerably, ranging from conclusions of final accounts to fully documented delay analysis and expert witness roles in adjudication and for the courts and in arbitration.

We are one of the few consultants that offer an independent project audit service. This service has been provided to a whole host of differing clients covering numerous subject matter, although mainly these relate to a total project overview. Projects audited range in value from £1 to £180 million and will be presented to our client in a written report setting out conclusions, recommendations and a forward strategy.
