Their after service is rubbish. The stairlift had trouble called them out and was informed he would be out the following week.
The service engineer didnt even fix the fault because of the upgrade.
8 days later no one had turned up so I phoned and got told it would be the following Monday PM. Not even an am visit. I was told that the parts had just turned up, a week later. The parts should have been there considering they knew my stairlift needed an upgrade.
Dont use.
