My parents have used this company for 40 years, with no problems.
Unfortunately since last year and into this year my elderly vulnerable parents have been left waiting for months with a boiler that doesnt work properly, after a "Service", with empty promises for a return visit to repair.
Phone calls ignored.
Voice mail messages ignored.
It has caused deep stress to two very vulnerable elderly people, who have parted with their savings.
A COMPANY NEVER TO BE USED AGAIN!
