Keith Farmer Associates is a specialist firm of Chartered Surveyors, Architectural Consultants and Project Managers serving a variety of private and commercial clients at sites across the South of England - from the Westernmost reaches of Cornwall to the Centre of London and beyond.

As specialists in the design and management of renovations, conversions, alterations, and new build works - we are delighted to accept instructions in relation to any relevant project and particularly in relation to schemes involving hotels and licensed premises, residential projects, at risk and dilapidated buildings and agricultural property.

In short we strive to provide a one stop shop for anyone needing specialist assistance with complex building and property development projects in mind.


Keith Farmer Associates is the culmination of a well established and highly regarded suite of businesses owned and operated by Dr. [Henry] Keith Farmer extending over 5 decades. In 1972 Keith (our illustrious Chairman) left employment to set out on course which would result in the creation of the business which you see before you today.

The organisation has developed substantially over recent years and is focussed on providing architectural, planning and project management services to private and commercial clients in the hospitality, residential and rural sectors.

Following a Management-Buy-In in 2010 the new company (Keith Farmer Associates) was formed to take on the Keith Farmer Building Services brand - the business is now expanding to realise Keith's continued entrepreneurial vision and the newly appointed Board's aspirations for growth.
