We can carry out building and land surveys, in order to produce scheme designs through to planning submissions, liaising with local authorities on planning issues. We provide concise working drawings to gain Building Regulations approval.

Peter Marshall established 'Peter A Marshall Architect' as a sole practitioner in June 1986.

In September 2003 the company 'Peter A Marshall Architect Limited' was formed having established a client base generally in Gloucester but also country wide. The practice has also been commissioned by clients from France, Guernsey, Jersey & Antigua.

We are happy to handle design work on any scale from small domestic extensions to large bespoke buildings in all fields, that is, residential, industrial, commercial, leisure & retail.



The design and technical team consists of two qualified Architects, a technical production manager and two technicians providing partial and full Architectural services to some 80 to 90 clients per year.

The team pride themselves in their ability to produce schemes to clients expectations, budgets, and time scales.

The company is fully AutoCad conversant.
