Welcome to QP Architecture
QP Architecture, an established architects practice, was founded in 1991. We advocate a consensual Partnering approach to the design and construction of new buildings and even remodelling of existing ones.

We believe that by working closely together with the design team, client and contractor, we will be able to produce a better building, on time and to budget. All architecture projects can be undertaken and we offer our services throughout the nation.

We believe that clients should be able to speak and liaise with a Partner at all times during each stage of their construction project. We take our responsibilities seriously and consequently are always available for discussions with our clients about any aspect of their project.

Bespoke Design
All the projects we undertake at QP Architecture are to a greater or lesser degree bespoke designs - however we revel in the challenge of a truly innovative one-off design to meet a client's very specific requirements that will set the finished design apart from other buildings. Residential Development
We design a wide range of residential projects from one-off private houses to larger scale private residential developments including shared ownership and affordable housing, luxury apartments and sustainable homes. Please see below for examples of our completed residential projects.


Industrial development
At QP Architecture we have designed and constructed various car showrooms, warehouse buildings, computer centres and office space planning.

Commercial Development
We also specialise in the construction and design of business centres for offices and small scale B1 R&D premises. Alongside these commercial developments we have also designed and constructed many swimming pools, fitness centres, hotels and entertainment centres.

Health Care
For twenty years we have worked within the Health Sector working for NHS Trusts, Hospitals and Care Sector providers. We have designed Operating Theatres, MRI&CT Scanner Suites, Wards and Outpatient Departments, Diagnostic and Treatment Centres and Clinics.

We also have a specific expertise in the design of care homes for both general nursing and especially for residents suffering from the various forms of dementia. Over the years we have also designed over 30 GP Surgeries, Primary Care Centres and Healthy Living Centres.
