Dear Andy Cox I feel I must complain regarding the efficiency of your repair service for my Evonicfire 1500. Last week it will just not come on at all !!! the week just before Christmas and I have a house full of family coming for Christmas with no cosy flames in the fire place. I’m so upset because I have to wait till 13 February for an engineer to come and mend it !!!! This is just so upsetting and annoying .. I need it repaired before February. Can you help ?
