Our industrial fans range from 95mm to 3000mm in diameter and can be manufactured from mild steel, stainless steel and specialist alloys. At Birmingham Fan Servicing, we can take care of all your fan servicing requirements. We offer one-off service visits as well as full service contracts, which fall in line with your company's planned maintenance schedules. Our service contracts come with a 24 hour call out service.

Expert fan installation
At Birmingham Fan Servicing, we offer the complete package, from initial design through manufacture to delivery and installation. We know how to lift, locate and support the fans. If needed, we can provide and install inverters or star/delta starters too.

If you already have existing fans or ducting, we can also relocate these to your new premises.

Comprehensive design
As well as installing your fans, we can use our design expertise to advise where the fans should be located in relation to duct systems and the air flow required.

Steel Fabrication
With our modern plant, machinery and welding facilities, we can manufacture a wide range of standard components. We can also manufacture bespoke items to match your drawings or your requirements.

Our machinery includes a 3m x 1.5m CNC plasma, 3m x 6mm guillotine, 3m x 6m press brake, 2m x 6mm and 1.2m x 4mm rollers, 450dia capacity band saw, and various arc and mig welding sets.

Certified IV Produkt engineers
At Birmingham Fan Servicing, we're certified IV Produkt service engineers. Having trained at IV Produkt's factory in Vaxjo, Sweden, we can carry out routine maintenance, programming and thermal wheel, fan or coil changes. We also install the units direct from the factory. We can supply all the spare parts required for these units, either straight from the factory or through the sole UK agent.
