Had a delivery today and the driver could not have been more helpful usually roadside but I asked him to drop the load of flags and bulk bag as close to the property door as possible in the front garden! I never quite got the guys name but would like to say thanks to the whole team from processing the order to delivery all went smoothly I would not hesitate to recommend this company for all your building needs

I ordered 4 posts ,1 panel and 1 feather edge fence panel on 24/07/2020, I asked on more than 1 occasion if the fence panel was in stock because we couldn’t see any .I was assured they were in stock . The delivery arrived without the fence panel

Order no 66145900 The driver was unable to lift the post s on his own and I had to get some one to help him ,I am 70 so I couldn’t help . Asked about the fence panel he said they were not in stock .

I rang Huyton depot by mistake at 9 10 am on the 29th they put me through to Widnes .I asked when the fence panel would be delivered .I was advised by a man they would ring me back .No one rang

I rang again an hour later and was told that they would speak to transport and get them to ring me back .No one rang back

I called in personally on the 30th and spoke to a very pleasant lady on reception ,explained my annoyance and she went through to see about it .She came back and advised me that the panel was in stock and would be delivered today ,I would also receive a phone call .
NO PHONE CALL and NO FENCE PANEL yet again

I tried to ring again at 16.00 4 times the call was not answered .
I am still waiting for the goods or some one to ring me or a refund for goods they sold that they dont seem to be able to deliver or discuss .Yes another day wasted waiting .No phone call no contact no fence panel .Which I have paid for .Poor and dishonest service .No contact and no goods Next stop trading standards .WIDNES branch

Just wanted to give a Big Shout out... to One of your men... I was stuck on the M62 with a flat tyre... waiting for the break down people to arrive, and one of your men Marc... stopped and changed the tyre for me.. Its so lovely to find lovely people who are willing to do things for others... The Breakdown Service couldnt find me, so I would have been waiting a long time.. had it not been for Marc, thank you.

well mannered staff excellent prices clean well set out builders yards and timber yard .
