Aquabliss

I only wished I had read the reviews before purchasing from this cowboy outfit. I placed order 3 weeks ago, paid for next day delivery which should have been on the Friday, didnt arrive and couldnt contact anyone till 10am Monday morning. I was told it had been taken back by the courier as it was broken, but no-one rang me to tell me this, they said another one would be delivered on the Tuesday after having rang them again, I waited in all day and again no delivery arrived, I rang on the Wednesday to be be told that it wouldnt be with me till the Thursday. When it did arrive parts were missing and I have been told every day since that they would be delivered the next day, still waiting for delivery 3 week later, and now my customer thinks it is me that is incompetent, I have never before dealt with such a farcical company as this.
The customer service is non existent, they say they are ringing me back and they have never done this yet.
If you are reading this review please heed my warning and do not order from them. I feel so incensed about this that I will keep renewing this review every week.
