Crystalpave, made from recycled glass and resin, is the most recent addition to Craftstone’s product range, complementing the introduction of a range of bespoke landscape products.

Based in a 30,000 sq ft purpose-built factory, product quality is ensured through the application of the requirements of ISO 9001 Quality Standard. Each project is given the same individual attention ,whether it’s a one-off private dwelling or a large commercial development. Craftstone’s in-house design & drawing service using the latest technology enables the team to work closely with clients to achieve the required end result.

ARCHITECTURAL CAST STONE
• Wet-Cast – cast stone with a vast range of possibilities
• Structural – Produced to meet the demands of architects wishing to push the boundaries of design and finish
• Semi-Dry – reconstituted stone with the appeal of natural stone

CRYSTAL PRODUCTS
• Paving – Bespoke sizes from 50mm to 80mm in a vast range of colours
• Walling – Can be built as external skin-thickness from 50mm in bespoke sizes
• Tiles – 15mm thick tiles up to 400 x 400 in nearly any RAL colour

TTURA is an award-winning material, developed in conjunction with The Art & Design Research Centre at Sheffield Hallam University. It is an attractive, highly versatile, durable material, which consists of typically 85% recycled glass.

TTURA is produced using recycled waste from the building and automotive sectors and mixed with a solvent free resin. This makes TTURA more sympathetic to the environment and reduces application hazards.
This product provides a truly adaptable platform to manufacture a diverse range of products ranging from Paving and Walling to kitchen work tops.
It can also be cast as tiles or in sheet form, incorporating if desired, designs, logos or text as integral elements that remain visible throughout the life of the product.

Resin colours can be precisely matched to any RAL or British Standard colour, allowing maximum design flexibility and the ability to match any corporate identity.

THERMOCladd building panels are an insulated concrete sandwich wall system, manufactured using the patented Thermomass® Insulation system. The completed cladding system is quiet, safe and maintenance free. Originally Developed in the USA, this system offers:

• Reduced whole life building costs due to thermal efficiency
• Low maintenance

The external finish is available in the complete Craftstone range of high-quality reconstructed stone. In addition to this, brick facing, high quality grey and white concrete or even natural stone can be specified. THERMOCladd eliminates the need for cavity insulation, internal blockwork and dry-lining and is ideally suited for projects in the industrial, retail and public authority sectors.
