Dave Dalby Woodturning are manufacturers of stair spindles, newel posts, handrails, table legs and other woodturnings in Oak, Pine, Ash, Sapele, and many more timbers.

Established in 1986, Dave Dalby Woodturning has become one of the leading suppliers of woodturnings to the building and furniture industries.
Our highly skilled craftsmen use the best traditions of hand turning combined with modern production methods to manufacture high quality components, from one-off special turnings to large production runs. All our products are supplied sanded, ready to receive the finish of your choice. We are proud to say that our full range is manufactured right here in the U.K.

All products can be supplied in any commercially available timber, subject to suitability for turning. This includes Oak, Pine, Tulipwood, Ash, Beech, Sapele, Maple, Walnut and Cherry. We are also happy to turn items using clients' own timber, on a labour only basis. Our timber is sourced from areas that actively promote sustainable forestry.



Our website illustrates most of our products but if you require something not shown, we are happy to quote for any item of woodturnery using drawings, pictures or samples.
