We spent a small fortune on blinds to be fitted in our new home. 1 of their expensive Intu blinds broke after 2 years so we bought a new one at a cost of 135. This also broke after just less than 1 year. I spoke to Mariksa who seems to have quite a few of the North West franchises last week and she booked an appointment for Kev to come and fix the blind today between 9am and 12pm. After he didnt show up I called the Manchester office only to be put through to Clare in the Newcastle office. She told me that Mariska was on holiday but had not booked the appointment on the system. Apollo blinds, and particularly Mariska, are a disgrace and I would never deal with them again. Mariska seems to just float around oblivious to all the problems she creates due to abysmal customer service. She then leaves the staff to deal with the problems she creates.
