Willart Contractors

Willart is a small specialist roofing company which has been in contracting since 1976 (total current operative experience is over 150 years). The majority of our work is in insulated high performance built-up roofing systems. We are approved contractors for all the main manufacturers - Derbigum, Andersons, Ruberiod, Vulcanite, Gedaco, Polyroof etc. and we are on the Approved Contractors lists of the Education & Library Boards, Area Health Boards, DoE, and British Telecom.

All of our work carries our minimum ten year guarantee on workmanship and materials - some of the systems we are approved to fix carry up to twenty year warranties.
Willart operates anywhere in Northern Ireland (though we have carried out some requested specialist works further afield e.g. copper roofing to the dome of Birmingham Mosque, Andersons 'Profiles' System to Ronaldsway Airport on the Isle of Man etc).
