Architectural Glazing - Curtain Walliing

The term 'Curtain wall' is defined as a building façade which does not carry any dead load other than its own dead load. Curtain walls are typically designed with extruded aluminum members. The aluminum frame is normally infilled with glass, providing an architecturally pleasing building, as well as benefits such as daylighting. Other common infills include: Stone, (rainscreen) cladding, louvres, and operable windows or vents.
