Irwins Quality Aggregates are a historic family business operating in the field of Sand and Aggregates. The Irwin family’s connection with the business dates back to the 1930s.

From our small beginnings of supplying basic construction sands we have now established ourselves as specialists in the field of sand, aggregates and natural stone products. We have diversified into new markets and now supply materials for Specialist Concrete Manufacture, Landscaping, Specialist Sports Construction and Water Filtration markets.

We have built our business on offering a superior level of customer service. An integral part of this is supplying a quality product and we have our own lab for testing materials on site before they leave for the customer. We strive to adapt our products and services to suit the changing needs of our customers and the industry within which they operate.

Landscaping
Irwins range of landscaping products is one of the most extensive in Ireland. By sourcing materials from all over Europe we are confident we can meet the needs of the most ambitious landscaper.

Renders
Irwins range of Dry Dash renders is one of the most extensive in Ireland. We have carefully selected coloured marbles, granites, chippings and pebbles which can be combined with our naturally coloured sands to provide a variety of finishes. Our range of soft natural colours can be seen all over the country from large detached houses to new developments, shops, factories and office blocks.

Sports Construction
Irwins Quality Aggregates supply a range of top quality sands for use in the construction and maintenance of various sports grounds. Top quality sand ensures a top quality pitch.

Water Filtration
Irwins have been supplying high quality aggregates for water filtration purposes for many years. We manufacture filter sands and support gravels and complete our range by supplying silica sands, anthracite, manganese dioxide and many more specialist materials.

Minerals Division
Irwins Minerals Division has evolved over the last 20 years and we have acquired agencies for a collection of high quality sands and aggregates which have much wider applications than those used in general construction. We specialise in import, export, screening and blending of these sands and aggregates.
