Operating for over 20 years in the construction industry, we provide a wide range of fall arrest safety for construction in North and South Ireland and have worked on many flagship projects with major construction firms helping to bring them to completion while minimising accidents and fatalities.

We supply and install a broad range of safety net solutions which are aimed at protecting onsite personnel who work at heights and those who are at risk from falling equipment and debris.

SAFETY NETTING
Fall arrest safety nets are one of the best ways to protect workers carrying out work at height by the UK/ Irish Health and Safety executive. An overall safer and cost-effective option. Safety nets protect workers on site. They prevent fatalities and serious accidents when working at height.

The UK Health & Safety Executive regard nets as their “preferred method of fall arrest when working at height”.

Our safety nets comply with stringent European regulations and are annually tested in laboratories to ensure their robustness.

FALL ARREST
NCM Safety are able to offer a full testing & maintenance inspection service for all PPE, Work at Height or rescue equipment. As qualified, accredited installers of access and height safety equipment we can cover all aspects of inspection; from testing and repair to replacement ensuring you always receive compliant, professional and economic solutions.

ROOF INSPECTION

HIGH LEVEL MAINTENANCE/ CLEANING
IPAF stands for the International Powered Access Federation and the organisation promotes the safe and effective use of powered access equipment worldwide. This qualification allows our operatives to safety operate cherry pickers which reach high areas and conduct work in a safe manner.

SAFETY EYEBOLTS

Safety eyebolts are a simple cost effective anchor point which can be easily installed to masonry and steelwork. They provide a simple, safe and discreet anchor point for workers at height. Safety eyebolts are intended for use with a full body harness with shock absorbing lanyards, and are required by personnel working where there is a risk of a fall.

They are most installed next to windows and are used by window cleaners or painter and decorators to protect from falls whilst carry out their duties. NCM Safety supply, install and test safety eyebolts to comply with EN 795. Safety eyebolts need be tested on an annual basis.

FREE STANDING HANDRAIL
NCM Safety Services supply and install a wide range of Guardrail systems to meet the required health and safety standards of having to provide a safe environment to protect personnel while they are working at a height.

Our Guardrail systems offer a more permanent solution for edge protection and can be designed to fit your exact requirements.

ROOF WALKWAY
Create a safe access route for personnel working at height with NCM Safety walkways that suit a wide range of roof types. This ensures anyone accessing the roof does so in a safe, compliant manner.

Our walkways are manufactured in accordance with BS EN ISO 14122-2:2016: Working Platforms and Walkways. The system provides safe access on a wide range of roofs, allowing your team to carry out essential cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Walkways provide permanent safe access across fragile roof coverings when fixed to any good quality structure that is capable of withstanding the additional loading. Our walkways are lightweight, strong and can be fitted to a variety of different roof types such as a standing seam roof, metal profile roof and a flat roof. We use levelling systems that allow walkways to be used to provide safe access when traversing a pitched roof.
