I.T.S is a family run business that started in 1979 when its founder Jim Clancy realised that there was a strong market for solid tyres in Ireland. We are Forklift Tyre Specialists and major suppliers of new solids and pneumatics in Ireland.

Since we acquired the Watts agency for Ireland all those years ago, it has grown from strength to strength. We have built on this over the years and now offer customers a wide variety tyres from Forklift and Skid Steer to Waste Application OTR Solids. We were awarded the Continental Network Partner of the Year 2015. We distribute Major Premium & Economy tyre brands including:

We have two mobile tyre units on the road and also have four specially designed industrial presses in its extensive warehouse with other presses strategically placed throughout Ireland to assist customers. We carry the largest range of industrial pneumatic, solid, press-on-band tyres in Ireland. We are also a specialist supplier of solid tyre-fill, Liquifill, castors & rollers.Now we can offer the full Camso industrial and construction range of tyres.

Forklift Tyres
We supply forklift tyres to all the major companies in Dublin. We offer new solids and forklift pneumatic tyres fitted up on our exchange wheels for immediate fitment or we can go on site and fit with our mobile press. This mobile press fitting service is becoming more and more popular as our customers want on-site service with new tyres fitted to their own forklift wheels.

Industry

Access Machines
We can offer Trelleborg forklift pneumatic tyres or solid tyres for all access machines. Non marking or standard press-on-bands are available for immediate fitment to most access machines. We can offer to eliminate punctures permanently by foam filling your tyres. We can fit on site with our mobile press or supply directly for customers to fit themselves. The Access machines we supply forklift tyres for include: JLG, Genie, Snorkel and Uplift.

Waste Machines
Our newest and fastest growing segment is the supply of the TY Cushion or Brawler OTR Cushion solid. We can also supply the Schelkmann L5 SD (Super Deep Tread) tyres foam filled for long life and elimination of punctures. The waste company machines we supply include: Volvo, Caterpillar, Komatsu, Terex, Case, Hyundai and JCB.We can now offer Camso Solidair forklift, skid-steer and waste application tyres.

Quarry/ Pit Or Mine
TY Cushion, Brawler, Trojan and Schelkmann tyres all are suitable for quarry, pit or mining applications and we can match a tyre to your specific surface. The Schelkmann tyres are fully warranted the same as Bridgestone, Michelin or Goodyear and in some cases they perform better! The TY Cushion and Brawler tyres are Market leaders in technology and performance. In July Continental are launching their OTR range of tyres. The EM Master and RDT Master will be available to our customers.

Mobile Press Fitting
Through our fleets of service vehicles and mobile presses we are able to reach forklifts wherever they are and to give comprehensive, fast and efficient tyre fitting service.

Exchange Wheel Service
Our exchange wheel programme is an alternative tyre replacement option. Instead of mobile press fitting, a complete tyre and wheel assembly is transported to site and fitted reducing vehicle downtime to a minimum.

ContiPressureCheck
Continental produce a tyre pressure monitoring system which is used in all applications from Truck and Port Applications to Mines and Quarries. The innovative In Tyre Sensor measures pressure and temperature in each individual tyre in real time, and sends the information and any low pressure alerts to a display mounted in the drivers cab.

Trelleborg Lifting Bag
Trelleborg have introduced a lifting bag which can be used to lift, move or shift anything up to 67 Tonnes! The uses are endless and we believe that this product has a big potential in the Irish Market.

ZEUS Tyrefill & Liquifill
We are sole distributors for ZEUS™ Tyrefill & Liquifill. This is becoming very popular in areas where only pumped tyres will work but suffer badly from punctures. Tyrefill (solid fill) is mostly used in areas such as forklift tyres, as well as waste disposal and material handling applications. These tyres flat proofed with Zeus® Tyrefill will ride almost like pneumatic tyres and are as durable as solid tyres.
