MC Services Ltd. are fully accredited in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland for the following services to assist constructors, developers and property owners meet with their building energy compliance obligations.
SBEM Assessments (Simplified Building Energy Model):
Building asset ratings can be provided for ‘Design and As-Built stage’ of any Non-Domestic project as an independent third party to Architects, M&E consultants, or direct to the client.
EPCs (Energy Performance Certificates):
EPCs for Non-Domestic buildings newly constructed, marketed for sale or rent, all required by 1st January 2009. (Northern Ireland)

Air Tightness Testing: Air tightness testing for commercial and domestic buildings for compliance with Building Regulations Technical Booklet F2 (NI), and Technical Guidance Document L (ROI). |
