PCS Solutions Ltd provides Quantity Surveying and Estimating Services to the Civil, Private & Commercial Construction sectors. We provide a wide range of commercial support services to both Sub / Main Contractors and private clients.

We provide a unique ‘ad hoc’ service, which helps us adapt and tailor the unique requirements of our clients. We actively seek to establish and understand our clients needs, identifying opportunity and mitigating risk.

Our qualified QS’s are available across the UK, they work primarily remotely to provide the exact service required by our clients, this adds value & offers cost savings as remote working reduces our overheads, a saving which we pass on to our clients.



Service
We offer three main service groups. Private Sector Clients, Sub & Main Contractors and Claim Management / Value Recovery.

Main & Sub Contractors:-
Builders Quantity take offs for all trades from groundwork cut and fills to superstructure masonry. First principles estimating services, and also framework estimating. Cost value reconciliation’s, Procurement strategy advice, Re measurement, Valuation of variations and Settlement of final accounts.

Private Sector Clients:-
Feasibility studies, Cost planning, Pre tender estimates, approximate quantities Estimates, Bills of quantity preparation, Employers requirements preparation, Project procurement, Traditional Quantity Surveying and Final account settlement.

Claim Management & Value Recovery:-
Commercial advice, Claim negotiation, Claim substantiation & evaluation, Commercial response letter preparation. Preparation for adjudication.
