Steel Portal Framed Buildings – High quality fully galvanised, all steel portal frame industrial buildings, detailed and manufactured to your requirements in accordance with all aspects of BS 5950 inclusive of full structural calculations. Each building is individually designed to take account of individual requirements and local elemental factors appropriate for Building Regulations compliance. Supplied and erected throughout mainland UK inclusive of frame, cladding etc. Spans up to 24m are possible (depending on eaves height). Larger spans are attained through the use of heavyweight steel portals constructed in the more traditional format.

General Purpose Sectional Steel Buildings - A low-cost modular steel industrial building that can easily be relocated or extended. The General Purpose Sectional Building is a cost effective un-insulated steel building for situations where a temporary building or simple storage building is required. The buildings are manufactured in a modular form so that they can be quickly and easily erected and dismantled, modified and extended. They are completely non-combustible making them ideal for storage of a wide variety of materials, including chemicals, lubricants and cement.



Also available in Executive version inclusive of colour coated cladding. Ideal for use as valeting bays, unheated workshops, machinery stores, warehouses or storage units.

Expandakabin – Flat pack fully insulated demountable portable office cabin. It is man portable and ideal for assembling in previously inaccessible locations with the simple use of a socket set. Due to its unique construction the Expandakabin can be linked side to side or end to end to provide additional space at any time after initial assembly.

Expandastore - The best selling Expandastore unit is a unique portable store. it arrives flat pack and the components are light enough to be man handled and small enough to fit through a small passageway, for assembling in space restrictive locations. Expandastores can be linked side to side or end to end to provide additional space at any time after initial assembly. The simple assembly of the unit requires only a socket set. The fully galvanised steel (non rusting) units can easily be extended in width or length by linking additional units together. Once assembled the Expandastore is remarkably robust, with a 'real' double locking system to deter the most determined thief.



Expandachem - For the safe storage of hazardous materials. Featuring double doors for easy access, a sumped base for contained spillage and a suspended grated floor.
